I’ve been getting the same error since last night. No vpn helps. Any model for any question either thinks forever and gives a connection error, or gives 1 sentence with the text “I’ll look at the files now” and again gives a connection error. What to do with it? With any vpn the problem persists.
Same issue here in the UK all day today after updating. There are a few threads with people saying the same thing but not responses yet or suggestions on how to fix 
Yes, I’ve already noticed that the problem is massive, not just me. That’s too bad.
