In the past 10 minutes I have gotten 10 of those intrusive “how did the agent do” popups. All in one chat.
This is intrusive and you must give us a way to turn this off.

There isn’t currently a way to turn these feedback prompts off, but I’ll share your feedback internally and see if there are any changes we can make to make it less disruptive to your workflow.
To confirm, are you saying 10 popups in 10 minutes is expected behavior? I can’t say it was timed perfectly once a minute, or if it was really 9 or 11 popups, if it was in 9 or 11 minutes, but you’re saying this is to be expected?
It varies, I personally don’t see it 10 times in 10 minutes, I get it maybe once every 10 chats? If you were doing a bunch of rapid fire chats maybe that explains it?
Regardless, it’s somewhere where should maybe give a bit more control to users so I’ve shared your feedback
Hi @A_K2 I have an important update. We found a configuration issue affecting a subset of users, including your account, which caused the feedback prompt to appear much more frequently than intended.
