The connection stalled. Please try again.
Not running a vpn, almost never get issues like this.
internet working fine everywhere else.
Hey, thanks for the report. If you’re seeing the error return, this can happen due to temporary service issues or network settings.
Try this workaround. It helped in similar cases:
Disable HTTP/2: Cursor Settings > Network > “Disable HTTP/2” (or search for “HTTP/2” in App Settings)
Also, we need a bit more info for debugging:
If disabling HTTP/2 fixes it, let me know. That will help us understand the cause.
Connection error, again and again and Cursor not working! are similar cases that got resolved.
Hi Dean, I am getting the same error message. It’s been persistent all day. Is this a known issue? Are the devs currently working on it? Please help.
@KiyahD hey, I see this issue has been happening for you all day. Let’s try a couple fixes.
Option 1: Disable HTTP/2:
This fixed it for most users with the same error: Cursor not working!
If that doesn’t help, try renaming the project folder:
MyProject → MyProject_v2)This resets a corrupted local index. It helped here: Connection error, again and again
More info needed for debugging:
Let me know what worked, or if the issue is still there.
