I’ve been experiencing a strange issue where my cursor occasionally inserts unintended placeholder tags and context snippets into my inputs. Specifically, tags like <notepad_context> and <user_query> randomly appear, even though I’m not intentionally pasting or typing them. I also have significant issues with cursor not calling the tools but instead just saying in the output.

This seems to happen after a few uses of the same chat window, and I’ve already ruled out accidental clipboard pastes. I’m wondering if this could be caused by conflicts with some plugin, extension, or hidden snippet manager.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have suggestions for troubleshooting?
