Typing to the chat is glitchy and only works when I add a file to it. It also won’t let me manually paste text into the chat at all.

Oddly I have two 46.8 installation files. The earlier one did not have this issue, but the second 46.8 did. So I have this issue on the most recent 46.8 and 46.9 installations.
