Hi,
I noticed that the AppImage filenames for Cursor follow a format like cursor-0.45.11x86_64.AppImage
, where the version number and the architecture (x86_64
) are directly concatenated without a hyphen (-
). For example:
cursor-0.45.11x86_64.AppImage
cursor-0.45.14x86_64.AppImage
I’m curious about the reasoning behind this naming convention. Is there a specific design choice or technical reason for omitting the hyphen between the version number and the architecture?
Best regards
