Accep or reject buttons are hide the content

Hello, on single line changes when there a new added thing. It show “Accept” and “Reject” button on the line. It makes read line is impossible.

I can read the line when I just see the full line when I press the enter button for make new line. (I have added image but system do not allow me to add second image because new users can just upload 1 image max.)

Maybe it can be good to show these buttons above the line.
