Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue: after a commit, the Review list should clear, but sometimes the Accept/Reject buttons keep showing.
We fixed this in early January, so it might be a regression.
If the issue still happens after you update, let me know and please share:
- A screenshot of the Review list showing the buttons
- The Request ID of the last agent (chat context menu > Copy Request ID)
Temporary workaround: close the current chat and open a new one. The Review list should clear.
