Adding Context to Chat in 0.46 - Frustrating

I really miss one feature from 0.45 – the ‘Available’ section that let you quickly add files currently open in your editor, plus those with similar names but different extensions. It was particularly handy when working with Angular; if I was on a .TS file, I could click the ‘+’ button in chat and my corresponding .HTML file would be top recommended.

In 0.46, I now have to manually type the file name, which is a minor change but quite frustrating given how seamless it was before.

It also seems the new UI design leans towards users building fully AI-driven projects, leaving assistance tool users like myself somewhat overlooked.

On top of that, having ‘Agent’ as the hardcoded default for new chats isn’t ideal for those of us who rarely use it.

I’ve downgraded to 0.45 for now and hope these issues get reviewed.

Add open files to Context

I understand that, but sometimes I have multiple files open where only a couple are required for direct context. This means that adding all Open files to the chat will cause scope confusion for the model.
