[Admin API] How to create an API key?

As per the documentation, Admin API key can be created by Navigate to cursor.com/dashboard → Settings tab → Cursor Admin API Keys

But this is how my dashboard looks :

Are the Admin APIs still live ?
Do we need to enable any settings for an account, before being eligible for Admin API access ?
