This is likely an HTTP/2 compatibility issue with your home network. Try this:

1. Go to `Cursor Settings` \> `Network`
2. Set `HTTP Compatibility Mode` to `HTTP/1.1`
3. Restart Cursor and run Network Diagnostics again

This forces HTTP/1.1 which resolves connectivity issues on networks that don’t fully support HTTP/2. See the [troubleshooting docs](https://www.cursor.com/docs/troubleshooting/common-issues) for more details. Let me know if that helps!
