They dont care to fix it, they are probably working on a new new UI but since a few months now they do not care
This issue appears to be resolved in version 2.4.27. I can no longer reproduce the issue.
I know this will not be true for others.
I think the solution might have been a downgrade + config clear + upgrade.
I’m on 2.4.28 - just updated, but no change. Cursor still can’t find the FetchMcpResource function/tool
@deanrie this topic is marked as resolved but users are still experiencing the issue. Does Cursor have any more insight on this issue? Is there a configuration that needs to be cleared in order to resolve this issue, in addition to the upgrade?
I’m not sure how I resolved the issue, but previously using 2.4.27 I could reproduce the issue.
I’m having the same issue. My MCP configurations are not being detected, so the agents can’t use them.
It’s exactly the same problem as about ten days ago: it worked again for a short period, and now it’s broken again.
