Agent completion notifications are difficult to find when the workspace containing the agent is collapsed or not pinned

When an agent completes a task, Cursor shows the completed agent count in the taskbar. However, if the workspace containing that agent is collapsed or not pinned, there is no easy way to identify where the completed agent is located. I currently have to manually expand and check workspaces one by one until I find it.

It would be helpful if Cursor provided a direct way to locate completed agents, such as:

Clicking the completed agent count to jump to the agent.
Displaying the workspace name in the notification.
Providing a dedicated list of completed agents across all workspaces.
Automatically highlighting or expanding the workspace that contains the completed agent.

This would make it much easier to manage multiple workspaces and agents without having to search for them manually.

Thanks for the feedback!

We’re planning to ship a fix in 3.8 to show the active agent even when the workspace section is collapsed. If the agent that needs attention is open, that should help here.

And a big topic for us right now is building an “inbox” concept that lets you manage agents who need attention. Hope there’s more to share soon!

Are you mostly working in the Editor, or the Agent Window?

Agent Window. I think what you’re describing will be annoying. If I didn’t pin an agent, it means I don’t want to see it yet. Just wanted an icon indicator next to the workspace folder
