If I choose the thumb up (i.e. I am happy with the agent job), why is my agent asking these questions? I mean, the positive feedback will almost 99% result with empty answers for such questions. Is it intentional or just a time saver for RL (i.e. thumb up + no negative feedback = all good)?

Thanks for flagging this, one of our ambassadors raised the same point last week.
In the Agent Window, a Thumbs Up doesn’t trigger any follow-up questions, but in the Editor Window it does. The good news is that none of the follow-up questions are required, so you can simply click “Submit” to move on.
Agreed there’s room for improvement here!

Following up on this! We’ve since changed the behavior you flagged: in the editor, a thumbs-up now expands to just an optional comment box, and the “what went wrong” questions only appear on a thumbs-down. Could you confirm it looks right on the latest version?

I can confirm that the feedback window now works okay. However, I see exactly the same dialog box (attached) for both options (thumb up or down).
Tested on macOS (Tahoe) and Linux (Omarchy), Agents Window and IDE window:

What you’re seeing is expected!
The everyday thumbs up/down opens that same simple optional comment box for both options.
Separately, we occasionally show a more detailed survey after a turn, and the “what went wrong” style questions there now only appear on a thumbs-down, never after a thumbs-up. So the behavior you originally flagged is fully gone.
