This is a minor thing, but when Cursor is your daily driver it makes a difference.
In agent mode I know we can tile the terminal or other panes, however I like it to popup along the bottom of the screen with CMD J. When it’s tiled, the CMD J closes the browser, rather than toggles the terminal.
Same as the IDE layout.
The issue is the same for the file browser, I would use CMD G to pop it out when needed but it toggles back to chat mode and closes the browser tab.
