Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Agent Review UI is blank despite indicating there are issues.

Steps to Reproduce

Run Agent Review and get at least 1 issue, click on the issue and you’ll see nothing.

Expected Behavior

It shows the source code with the issue annotated on the code.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report.

Similar issues with an empty Review panel were fixed in recent versions, but this might be a regression.

Can you help with some extra info?

  • Screenshot of the empty Agent Review panel when you click on an issue
  • Request ID: open the chat context menu (three dots top right) > Copy Request ID
  • Console logs: Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console (screenshot or error text)
  • What file types does Agent Review find issues in? (e.g., .ts, .py, .java)

This will help the engineers figure out what’s going on.
