I move between workstations, some workstations have access to files / databases that are not on other workstations.
So I would like all running Cursors to be connected and allow me to run / monitor Tasks running on different PC’s

It sounds a lot like you’re looking for My Machines (being able to start a worker on another machine that you can delegate agents to).
