Allow import of notepads from one workspace to another

At the moment, can’t duplicate/import notepads to use them across different workspaces

I’ve managed to make a JSON dump of notepads: Dump Cursor notepads as JSON (Mac version) · GitHub
But no luck trying to import it back into a new workspace, after adding to sqlite I still see an empty list of notepads in UI
