Describe the request
It would be nice, if I could provide my variant of answers. Eg. agent decided asked me two questions. I answered, but want to provide additional context. That would be nice to have “More context” box for that
To my mind the regular “Add more optional details” and “continue” button are confusing.
It feels like “Send” will cancel “Continue”.
Thus my proposition is to make “Add more context” to be part of questions, before “Continue” button

Also this “Add more optional details” was disappeared when I typed something and removed:
Now it explicitly means “Drop previous investigations, send new request”
huh… Answers just dropped and additional context queued.
Here I did not answer in time, ~1hour later I suppose. Also I did some typings to the chat to provided some optional details, then deleted them. (see the screenshots above).
Guys, this is the basic thing. We do not need any features, if basic things does not work or work not as expected.
Ok. It seems I can reproduce:

Ask agent something that needs clarification
-
Wait for questions
-
Do not answer them during 1-2 hours
-
Answer and press continue
After this questions just disappear and nothing happens after that.
if you send another question it just queued.
So, no request ID is available (1)
I just canceled all queued and stoped the current request to unblock everything (2)
