Does this stop you from using Cursor?

Hey, thanks for the report. Based on our data, you have an active Pro subscription with no cancellation scheduled, so this banner shouldn’t show up. It looks like stale client-side state, which can happen after cancelling and re-subscribing.

Please try this:

  1. Fully sign out of your account in Cursor via Cursor Settings > Sign Out, then sign back in. This refreshes your subscription status from the server.
  2. After that, fully restart Cursor.

If the banner is still there, please send a screenshot and your Cursor version via Menu > About Cursor > Copy. Also confirm that you didn’t schedule a cancellation yourself, then we’ll dig deeper.
