### Feature request for product/service

Cursor IDE

### Describe the request

## Problem

In the **Agents** review/diff view (not the classic IDE Source Control panel), Commit / Commit & Push disappear when you open a **new agent window** in a project that already has local changes.
The files and diffs still show, but the commit controls only appear once that new agent chat is active / “owns” the changes. Fresh agent window → no Commit button, even though git already has uncommitted work.

## Expected

If the Agents review panel shows uncommitted changes, always show Commit including right after opening a new agent window, whether or not chat has started.
