Any 1.7 versions : windows 11 can't send chat

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

I open a new chat, type hit enter to send…

the same version 1.7.x (any) in windows 10 = ok sending ai works as usual
in windows 11 : nothing after hit send not … thinking, blablabla like version 1.6

Steps to Reproduce

open a new chat type anything, hit send

Expected Behavior

after send, usually i see … then thinking, etc

Hey, thanks for the report. Are you using a firewall or antivirus on Windows 11? Please check that all required services are accessible. To do this, run the network diagnostics in Cursor’s settings.

nothing of what you describe…

before update all ok, just updating cursor makes the problem appear (re-installing older version does work)

I hit enter, and then just nothing not 3dots, just nothing

it seems to be fixed, now, maybe some cursor side server mini glitches ???

I did not know there were a dev tool, now I know :slight_smile:
