Apollo works locally. Cloud Connect does not.

Streamable HTTP error: Error POSTing to endpoint: rate limit exceeded
That POST happens before OAuth, so Cursor never reaches needsAuth and the Login button on cursor/agents website never appears. Retrying makes it worse (no backoff). Local Apollo token is not shared with Cloud.
Expected: Cloud shows Login and can finish OAuth.
Actual: Stuck on POST rate limit; Cloud Agents can’t use Apollo.

Install the Apollo.io plugin from the Cursor Marketplace.
Authenticate it for Local — confirm tools work in a local agent chat.
Try Cloud Connect in the IDE, or open cursor.com/agents → MCP → Apollo → Login.
Observe the handshake fail with Streamable HTTP error: Error POSTing to endpoint: rate limit exceeded.
Note that Login never appears / isn’t clickable. Retrying still fails.
Expected Behavior
Cloud should get to needsAuth, show a working Login, and complete Apollo OAuth so Cloud Agents can use the same plugin. A rate-limited POST should not hide Login or loop retries with no backoff. Local auth should not be required as the only working path.
