Describe the Bug

The Approval Agent fails to request human reviewers when using the Github Enterprise Server connector.

Error shows in the summary of the approval agent run:

Failed to request reviewers 
GitHub app not installed on repository stokespace/stoke-services

Steps to Reproduce

  • Set up GHES connection
  • Enable Approval Agent with the Request Reviewers tool enabled
  • Open a PR that would result in a requesting a reviewer
  • Observe it claiming it’s requesting human reviewers but none appear. See error on Approval Agents page

Expected Behavior

Human reviewers are requested

Thanks for flagging this, @mmmeff. It appears that this tool has GitHub.com hardcoded rather than pointing to your GHES instance. Other tools, like resolving review threads, account for this. I’ve reported this as a bug to the team.
