Hey, which email service do you use?
as mentioned in the original post, I am using google auth (gmail) for login.
Google auth is working fine. Check your adblockers.
Also, try another browser. If you have a VPN enabled, try disabling it.
I use aleeas.com and have been unable to login to cursor.com/settings for a while now. My subscription is expiring soon and I will be unable to renew it if you guys don’t fix this. I’ve emailed support and got no response. If you no longer want my money just because I use a privacy-friendly email provider - your loss. Sorry for the tone but this has been a really frustrating experience.

Hey, I’m also using an email address with the aleeas.com domain and I can’t log to my account anymore. What can I do to regain access?
Hey @deanrie, could you please check to unlock my account? I want to manage my subscription, but I’ve been blocked from accessing the dashboard for a couple months now…

@TacoNavigator For the record, we have nothing against people using these email addresses, 
it’s just that they’re much more likely to trigger our anti-fraud systems than mail domains which have an in-built vetting/verification process (like gmail)
