Auto Agent Select and MAX

Thanks for your response. I did disable Max in my settings, so the problem is resolved for me now. My main complaint is that I never did anything to enable it in the first place :person_shrugging:t2:

My team has usage-based pricing enabled with a cap on it, so that if we exhaust our regular credits for a given month we have some overhead to continue using it. The problem with this usage of Max is it was eating up those usage-based requests even though I had plenty of normal credits left.
