Background agent not working for most of the team

Hi, about half of our team is getting the following error when trying to launch a background agent (either from Slack or from the app directly)

Error: Bad request.
Details:
Snapshot not found.

Here’s an example Request ID: bc-5815639a-93d5-45da-a12c-e6b7c1e1a7b7

One admin and one non-admin are able to get it to work, but other non-admins aren’t, so it doesn’t seem like a RBAC thing. Not sure what the pattern is. How can we debug this?

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

Any updates here, our org is having the same issue.

Yes - I had to delete the environment.json file and redo the environment setup and then there was an option to share the snapshot with the team. That fixed it for us
