hi @hmeng and thank you for the feature request.
Currently we support handing off to Cursor Cloud (as Background Agents).
In Cursor you can use Worktrees to launch parallel / background chat which then uses the regular notification process to let you know when agent finished.
Your idea of seeing progress of subagents and background “chats” is interesting and the team will consider it.
Kindly note that tagging us does not increase priority of processing and should be used where we need to be directly aware of issues or sensitive topics.

I don’t like offloading to cloud things & I tend to find worktrees cumbersome - sub-agents / background tasks where the main chat becomes the orchestrator is the way to go, similarly how you can do it with claude code
