Please check the following:

  1. Developer Console
  • Help > Toggle Developer Tools
  • Console tab, send a prompt, and share any red errors
  1. Network Diagnostics
  • Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics
  • Share the results
  1. Network environment
  • Are you using a VPN, proxy, or corporate firewall? Some proxies (e.g., Zscaler) block HTTP/2. If so, try:
    • Press Cmd/Ctrl + ,
    • Search “HTTP/2”
    • Enable “Disable HTTP/2”
  1. Does creating a new chat resolve the issue?

If disabling HTTP/2 doesn’t help, please share findings from steps 1–2 so we can continue the diagnosis.
