Please check the following:
- Developer Console
- Help > Toggle Developer Tools
- Console tab, send a prompt, and share any red errors
- Network Diagnostics
- Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics
- Share the results
- Network environment
- Are you using a VPN, proxy, or corporate firewall? Some proxies (e.g., Zscaler) block
HTTP/2. If so, try:
- Press
Cmd/Ctrl + ,
- Search “HTTP/2”
- Enable “Disable HTTP/2”
- Does creating a new chat resolve the issue?
If disabling HTTP/2 doesn’t help, please share findings from steps 1–2 so we can continue the diagnosis.
