Hey, thanks for the detailed report and the Network tab screenshot, that really helps. This is a known issue, we’re tracking a bug with loading Included Usage on our side, and I can’t share an exact ETA for the fix yet.
A few quick questions so I can match your case to the existing report:
Does it reproduce every time, or only sometimes (does it load after a refresh)?
If you try Incognito or a different browser, do you get the same result?
In your screenshot, the subscription renewal date shows as 2026年4月6日. Do you still see it like that now, or has it updated? That looks like it could be a trigger.
I’ll post an update in the thread as soon as we have one.
Hey, thanks for the ping. No update on the fix yet, we’re still tracking the bug on our side and I can’t share an ETA. I’ve attached your report with details, including the incorrect renewal date 2026年4月6日, to the issue.
As soon as there’s any progress, I’ll reply here in the thread.
Hey @hello_lizi quick update on the thread. We fixed how the Included Usage section shows up for accounts that don’t have an individual dollar limit set, and it looks like that’s your case.
Could you hard refresh your browser, or better yet open it in Incognito, and check if Spending → Included Usage loads now? Let me know how it goes.
Separately, about the renewal date showing as 2026年4月6日, that’s not part of this change. If it’s still wrong after the refresh, please send a new screenshot and we’ll look into it as a separate issue.
