Billing issue and confusing usage stats

Hello,

I am confused about my usage requests and billing. I was charged $40 on May 27th for 2 x Pro plan which means 1000 requests. I don’t think this got updated in my account.

Did I use up 1000 requests in a few days? When did I start paying for token calls?

The usage stats on Cursor are confusing. It shows requests rather than costs which I only see on hovering. Ideally I should see costs per usage call.

Can you please provide me with some details on when I used up my paid requests and when did I start paying?

Can someone get back to me? I emailed [email protected] but not heard back.

Hi, have you checked cursor.com/settings?

It shows the date of your subscription start, the fast requests used including each request in the log there.

Please let me know if this helped.

Hey, you can see all the statistics here: Cursor - The AI Code Editor. Go to the Usage tab for that. You might have used the Max mode and the Opus model, which could explain the rapid consumption of requests.
