Describe the Bug
I keep getting “bot failed to respond, something went wrong while generating the reply. try again”. I’ve tried several times. It is happening on every message with every bot. Please rebind/reset the backend cloud agent computer for my account.
Steps to Reproduce
it happens on every bot and every command.
Expected Behavior
I’m supposed to get a response to my command.
