Hey, thanks for the detailed report. Your Mac and other devices are fine, the issue isn’t on your side.

All your bots and their routines run on one shared Grok Bot computer on our side, and that computer stopped responding. The app can still see that computer’s screen, but it can’t reach the part that generates replies. That’s why you get “Bot failed to respond” on every message. Restarting the app or switching devices won’t fix it, so there’s no point retrying the send.

The fastest fix is to rebuild that computer. Your bots, chats, files, and logins will stay:

1. Fully quit Grok Bot with `Cmd+Q`, then open it again.
2. Open Settings the gear icon, then go to Updates.
3. Click “Reset Grok Bot’s Computer” and confirm.
4. Wait for it to finish, usually a couple of minutes, then send a short test message in a new chat.

Important: don’t use “Update Grok Bot’s Computer” right now. In this state it won’t complete.

If Reset shows “Reset failed” or “partial state”, reply here and we’ll rebuild the computer from our side. Messages that didn’t go through over the weekend will stay marked as failed, so just resend the ones you still need.

Let me know how it goes.
