Bots stuck on server side, unable to start

I’m having an issue starting the bots and the individual machines. None of them are starting properly.

I’ve already tried restarting and resetting the computers, but the problem is still happening. I’m not sure if this is related to the configuration, the environment, or something else in Cursor.

Could someone help me figure out what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

Hey @Wendell_Santos, thanks for flagging this, and sorry about the trouble. This is on our side, not your setup: your Grok Bot computer is stuck on our servers, and since all your bots share that one computer, they’re all affected. Your bots, files, and logins are safe.

For now, please hold off on Reset, Update, Recover, and reinstalling. Each one runs into the same stuck state, so it won’t clear it. I’ve let our team know so we can sort it out on our end, and I’ll follow up here once it’s done. After that, fully quit Grok Bot (menu-bar icon → Quit) and reopen.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you. I hope this gets resolved quickly, as I rely on using it.

Hey @Wendell_Santos, your Grok Bot computer is back up on our side. Fully quit Grok Bot (menu bar icon then Quit) and reopen it on each device and it should reconnect in a minute or two. No need to Reset or reinstall. Some of your most recent work may not have saved before the recovery, so double-check your bots, chats, and files are all there, and reply here if anything’s missing.

Down again; I can’t connect.
