Brevo MCP not showing no tools, prompt or resources

So I just installed/set up BREVO MCP in cursor and I can see the status is green so I am connected to the MCP server. However, it says no tool, prompt or resources underneath the MCP name (Brevo) in the tool & MCPs page on Cursor settings.

I am not sure if this is right as all other mcp servers I have show values for tools, prompts and resources. Is this a BREVO MCP issue or Cursor issue?

This is most likely an issue on the Brevo MCP server side, not Cursor. If the server connects but doesn’t return a list of tools, it usually means their MCP endpoint isn’t returning tools in the response. We had a similar bug before, but it’s already fixed.

A few things to check:

  1. Send your mcp.json config (with API keys removed). I want to make sure everything is set up correctly.
  2. Try disabling and re-enabling Brevo MCP in Cursor Settings > MCP, then restart Cursor.
  3. Check the Brevo MCP logs. In MCP settings, next to the server, there should be an icon to view logs. It should show whether the server returns tools when connecting.
  4. What Cursor version and OS are you using?

Also, it’s worth checking their docs. They might require extra env vars or setup steps for tools to show up.

Let me know what the logs show. That’ll help confirm whether this is on our side or Brevo’s.
