Bring your bot to a live meeting — pre-built artifacts + bots act on human decisions

Grok Bot / Cursor agents

Describe the request

Today I can brainstorm with my bot and produce artifacts (docs, schemas, plans) before a meeting. What’s missing is bringing that same bot into the live call with another human — and ideally both sides’ bots — so decisions made in Google Meet / Zoom can turn into action without re-explaining everything.

Proposed flow:

  1. Each human brainstorms with their own bot beforehand; bots produce shared artifacts (docs, schemas, options).
  2. Humans meet live (Meet/Zoom) with those artifacts on the table.
  3. Both bots join / stay in the conversation (listen + contribute with the pre-built context).
  4. When the humans decide, the bots take action (update docs, open tasks/PRs, schedule follow-ups) based on that decision.

Why: speeds decision-making — investigation and idea collection already happened; the meeting is for converging, not starting from zero.

Related but different from existing threads about agents joining only to capture context, or meeting→draft PR without the pre-meeting multi-bot artifact loop:
