Clicking the Connect button triggers nothing.

For anyone who hits this: revoking Cursor from GitHub’s side (instead of using Disconnect inside Cursor) leaves the two sides briefly out of sync, which is the “Failed to load GitHub settings” error. While the page is in that state, it keeps retrying, and the Connect button is disabled, so a click can look like nothing happens. Clicking Connect to re-authorize (which you did) re-syncs everything.
If it ever comes back: reload the integrations page, then click Connect once. Connect opens GitHub auth in a new tab, so allow popups for cursor.com if your browser is blocking them.
