Describe the Bug

there is no @browser command for me and when i click browser icon and choose tab, it opens tab, but this tab cannot access any network, nor localhost or remote.

Steps to Reproduce

open browser and try to search for something like “test search result”

browser works

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Hey @da1z, I am seeing that the browser tab loads properly and agent is able to navigate to it, too.

Could you help check how your browser settings look on Cursor? Here’s mine for comparison:

i do not have this section in tools. only mcp

For comparison, browser tab works even if I don’t have Google Chrome installed. That suggests your problem with the browser tab not being able to access any network is something different.

Do you know if you have any kind of custom DNS or VPN setup? And do you know if a working browser (outside of Cursor) has custom DNS configured within browser settings?

Same issue here. Read somewhere that for enterprise account the organization admin may need to provide access to this.

Hey! We have fixes coming in 2.0.43 to fix a few bugs - but could you ask your admins (or email me [email protected] and I will request from your admins)?

Even with 2.0.43, still persisting. Used to work fine, but suddenly stopped working.
