Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

Hey, thanks for the report.

It looks like Tailscale is buffering Server-Sent Events (SSE), which breaks streaming responses from Cursor.

Could you try:

  1. Turning off your VPN and checking if Cursor works directly
  2. Trying a different VPN location
  3. Running Network Diagnostics: Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics

Also, please share:

  • Does Cursor work without Tailscale?
  • The Network Diagnostics results
  • Whether you can use a different Tailscale configuration

This will help us determine if the issue is related to Tailscale.
