when using Vue Devtools to click on a page element, it causes the cursor agent to start automatically.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Open a web using Vue 3.5
  • Use the Vue devtool the click on a page element
  • it causes the cursor agent to start automatically.

Expected Behavior

Correctly open the vue element rather than cursor agent
