I’ve set up some text replacements in MacOS Text Replacements, such as “im” → “I’m”. However, Cursor should ignore this functionality, similar to how VSCode does.
I’ve tested this in both VSCode and VSCode Insiders, and it appears to be working as expected.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any settings in Cursor to disable this functionality.
The text replacements are displayed in the Cursor Chat, which is quite annoying.
The default behavior is disable it entirely in IDE.
