Our entire team subscription was suddenly dissolved on February 19, 2026, and all members have been downgraded to the Free plan.
We believe this is related to a failed payment ($33.67) on our corporate Visa card, which Stripe retried multiple times from Feb 12โ19. This appears to be the same issue reported by @amro_motan in Team Subscription Dissapeared ( Team Subscription Dissapeared ) โ where the resolution was receiving direct invoice links from support to complete payment.
Current status:
- All team members are blocked from using paid features
- Admin billing portal shows no history โ we cannot self-recover
- Weโve emailed [email protected] and received an initial acknowledgment from Sam, but no resolution yet
What we need:
- Direct links to the unpaid invoices so we can settle them immediately
- Team restoration once payment is completed
Our teamโs development work has been fully blocked since this morning. Any help to expedite this would be greatly appreciated.
