Bug: Reverted to Free Subscription After Subscribing to Cursor Business

Our entire team subscription was suddenly dissolved on February 19, 2026, and all members have been downgraded to the Free plan.
We believe this is related to a failed payment ($33.67) on our corporate Visa card, which Stripe retried multiple times from Feb 12โ€“19. This appears to be the same issue reported by @amro_motan in Team Subscription Dissapeared ( Team Subscription Dissapeared ) โ€” where the resolution was receiving direct invoice links from support to complete payment.
Current status:

  • All team members are blocked from using paid features
  • Admin billing portal shows no history โ€” we cannot self-recover
  • Weโ€™ve emailed [email protected] and received an initial acknowledgment from Sam, but no resolution yet
    What we need:
  1. Direct links to the unpaid invoices so we can settle them immediately
  2. Team restoration once payment is completed
    Our teamโ€™s development work has been fully blocked since this morning. Any help to expedite this would be greatly appreciated.
