Show All Team Organizations doesn’t show all team organizations

Steps to Reproduce

The admin account is one email address. GitHub is linked with a different (but a Team Member’s) account. The only option I see under Bugbot source control is GitLab. Checking/Unchecking Show All Team Organizations does nothing.

Expected Behavior

I can see the connected GitHub account for Bugbot.

Hey @Admin_DevOps!

Right now, the backend returns no GitHub installations at all when the viewing admin hasn’t personally connected to GitHub. Is it possible to connect the Admin account to GitHub?

If a user has no GitHub tokens, the backend early exits before looking for team-owned installations. Any GitHub connection should get you past that.
