### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Bugbot / Security Review Agent

### Describe the Bug

Until yesterday Bugbot was working perfectly on our account. We haven’t had a successful run since Oct 21, 06:49 PM (UTC). I know there was a Bitbucket issue around this time, but it’s now showing as resolved.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the Forge App within Bitbucket, and reconnected personal accounts but this hasn’t fixed the issue.

### Steps to Reproduce

Try to call Bugbot on a PR within BitBucket.

### Expected Behavior

Bugbot should trigger and return a review of the PR.

### Operating System

MacOS

### Version Information

Bitbucket WebApp and Cursor IDE installed on Mac (all users affected).

### Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey @Diarmuid_Corr,

This is a known issue the team is already tracking, and I’ve added your report to it. Since late on Oct 21 (UTC), Bitbucket Cloud pull request events from the Cursor app are reaching us but are not being passed on to Bugbot, so neither automatic reviews nor `bugbot run` comments start a review. It affects Bitbucket Cloud workspaces broadly, not just yours.

Nothing on your side caused this, and there’s no need to reinstall the app or reconnect accounts again. Your current installation is connected correctly.

Once it’s fixed, Bugbot will pick up new pushes and comments again. For any PR opened or updated in the meantime that still has no review, commenting `bugbot run` on it should start one. I’ll update this thread when it’s resolved.

Thanks for the update. We’ve got a workaround for now, calling /review-bugbot within cursor still fires.
