Hey everyone,

Like many here, I've been experimenting heavily with MCP in Cursor, but got frustrated with managing local stdio processes (`npx`, local node runtime quirks, orphan processes crashing in the background).

Since Cursor supports Remote MCP over SSE out of the box, I built a zero-install Remote MCP server for **Said It Here** (an index of real developer consensus workarounds from Reddit & HN).

You can add it to your `~/.cursor/mcp.json` in 5 seconds without installing anything:
```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "saidithere": {
      "url": "https://saidithere.com/api/mcp"
    }
  }
}
```

I wrote a full technical breakdown on DEV.to covering how Remote MCP SSE works under the hood and how we implemented it with Next.js App Router:
https://dev.to/benjiandai/how-i-built-a-zero-install-remote-mcp-server-for-cursor-claude-and-why-local-npm-packages-suck-fel

Would love feedback from the Cursor community on remote SSE stability and what tools you'd like to see next!
