Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug
Cursor builtin browser does not load any url, it either shows a grey empty page or the list of recently visited urls. This is both in IDE and agents view. Letting an agent open a page on its own also does not work. This has been a problem for at least 2 versions. I’m on an enterprise plan.

Open a browser and type in any url.
