### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)? Cursor IDE ### Describe the Bug Getting these popups after updating today. When I restart the IDE, they might not appear immediately, but later. The IDE is still running and I can still chat with AI. ### Does this stop you from using Cursor Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor ---
