Can Cursor charge more than the spend limit ($20) after it’s reached?

Hi everyone,
I’m on the Pro $20 plan and I had a spend limit set to $20. After hitting that limit, on-demand usage was blocked as expected.

However, the usage dashboard still shows a much higher total usage amount. My question is:
Is it possible for Cursor to charge more than the $20 spend limit later (now or in the future), or is billing strictly capped at the spend limit regardless of reported usage?

I just want to be sure there are no surprise charges beyond the limit.

No. I have had it go “over my limit” before it realised it and they say something like “You went over your limit by $xxx due to our system not updating quick enough, we’re going to eat that cost, so it doesn’t ever make you pay over your specified limit”

HI @henry_dev as Toby Martin mentioned we do not charge over the limit.
