Hey, yes, this is normal. You can use your Cursor account on multiple devices you own, in your case on your personal PC and a Windows Server 2022 VPS, including at the same time. You won’t get banned for that.
The limit is meant for a different case, when one login is used by many different users or machines. A couple of your own devices doesn’t fall under that, and devices you stop using will drop off the count over time. The only thing to avoid is sharing your login with other users, that’s against the Terms of Service.
On Windows Server 2022, Cursor should work the same as on Windows 10/11. If something doesn’t work after you install it and sign in on the VPS, reply here with what you see and we’ll take a look.
