When you use a Remote Worker, it somewhat straddles the boundary between a local agent and a cloud agent. The harness recognizes that you’re using a private worker (which is how the underlying implementation of remote control works).
You should be able to get your Linear MCP connected by clicking the + button (here, you see the Connect button next to Plain, but you should see the same for Linear)!
